What is happening this week at Advent HOPE?
This is a very special weekend at Advent HOPE!
Friday Night at the Upper Youth Center we will be continuing the “Steps to Christ” series. This week we have Pastor Jeff Marshall with a sermon entitled “Blessed Happy”. What a great title that is! Pr Marshall and his wife will be visiting us from Bass Memorial Academy in Missouri where he works as the Academy pastor and recruiter.
In addition, at the Friday Night Service we will be having the first part of the Haiti Mission Trip report. The mission trip participants cannot wait to share their testimonies with you and praise God for the miraculously way He blessed them in Haiti.
Join us tomorrow night at 7:00 pm and don’t forget to invite your family and friends.
During this week, ASI International Convention has been taking place here in Orlando. From Wednesday to Saturday hundreds of people have been congregated at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. For that reason we have decided not to meet at Forest Lake Academy for Sabbath School. Instead, we invite all of you to come to ASI.
Sabbath morning at 09:00 am, the Sabbath School lesson will be taught by Tony Nelson. Then at 10:45 Mark Finley will be preaching for the Worship Service. In the afternoon starting at 4:00 pm there will be reports of what ASI is doing in the world, including our own Advent HOPE director will be presenting a report of the work in Haiti. We look forward to see you all there.

There will be no potluck this Sabbath because of the ASI convention, but next week we will return to our regular schedule.
